YOUNG, Aaron Joshua, 55, of Lutz, Florida passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015. Aaron was born in Maryville, TN then moved to Tampa in 1961. He graduated from Tampa’s Chamberlain High School in 1978. He was a proud member of Chamberlain’s Marching Band “The Fighting Chiefs”. In 1978, Aaron started his career with Kash & Karry/Food Lion/ Sweet Bay/ Winn Dixie and continued with the company until the time of his disability with cancer and sadly his death. Aaron was known for his strong work ethic, dependability and helping hand. Aaron volunteered with the Chamberlain Band Boosters for many years and oversaw the Chamberlain’s Commemorative Brick Wall. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Willie Mae Young; sister, Ruth Ann Chadwick; brother, Walter "Buddy" Young; father-in-law, Marvin L. Stokoe. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne Stokoe Young; daughter, Kathleen; granddaughter, Layla Michelle; sister, Providence Nales and her husband, Roy; Brother-in law, Steven Stokoe and his wife, Barbara; David Stokoe and his wife, Jennifer and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand nephews and extended family and friends. Donations may be made in memory of Aaron to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and LifePath Hospice. Words of comfort may be expressed for Aaron‘s family by clicking “Share a Memory.”
