Abraham Sotomayer Zamora

Abraham Sotomayer Zamora passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in Jackson, CA at the age of 102 years old. He was born in San Antonio, TX on February 20, 1920, a son of the late Soledad (Sotomayor) and Manuel Delgado Zamora. Abraham is survived by his wife Felipa Zamora of Jackson, CA; two daughters, Gloria (Raymond) Garcia, of Jackson, CA, and Rita Adams, of Lockeford, CA; a son, Abraham Zamora, Jr, of Randle, WA; three brothers, Manuel Zamora, Jr., Leo Zamora and David Zamora; He is also survived by grandchildren, Richard Mendoza, Jr., Diana Burian, Veronica Chinn, Heather Adams; great grandchildren, Takeshi Chinn, Kojiro Chinn. He is preceded in death by grandson, Philip Mendoza; granddaughter, Amy; brothers, Rueben, Benjamin, Julio, Gilbert, Juan and sisters, Aurora and Gloria. Private services will be held at Sunset View Cemetery, Jackson, CA.
