Adam Matthew Eades, 37, passed away May 8, 2019 in Loveland, CO after a 15-month battle with ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Adam was born in Crawfordsville, IN to Shannon and Luke Eades on December 8, 1981.  He graduated from Bloomington High School South in 2000, Purdue University in 2005 with a BS in electrical engineering, and St. Louis University Law School in 2013 with a Juris Doctorate.  He worked for Cypress Semiconductor in San Francisco.  While working in California, he met Kirsten Changstrom and they married in Vail, CO in 2011.  They moved to St. Louis shortly after they were married so Adam could finish his law degree.  He worked for the Small Patent Law Group while in St. Louis.  Adam loved playing with his children, cooking and entertaining with Kirsten, cheering on the Chicago Bears, floating in Lake of the Ozarks with a Bud heavy, travelling the world and calling shenanigans whenever possible.  Adam will be missed everyday by his wife Kirsten; daughter Catherine; son Henry; parents Shannon and Luke Eades; brother Alex (Amanda) Eades; sister Elise Kirkpatrick; Grandparents Helen and Charles Coghlan and Sharon and Mark Eades; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends from near and far.    A special thank you to Linda and Craig Changstrom and Halcyon Hospice for their loving care and support.  Funeral Mass will be held in Bloomington, IN at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 1:00pm.  A small celebration of life will be held in Loveland at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Adam’s honor to Hope Loves Company www.hopelovescompany.org and Bears Care www.chicagobears.com/community/bears-care.  See Obituary for Details
