Addison Kay Hughes, our sweet little girl, went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2008. She was born July 28, 2008 at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Addison is survived by her parents Christopher and Danielle Hughes of Olympia, WA, her grandparents Arnold and Deanna Hughes of Chehalis, WA, Jeff and Sherrill Bollen of Olympia, WA and her great-grandparents Lucy Hughes of Chehalis WA, Herbert and Shirley Lee of Olympia, WA, and Jerry and Bobbie Bollen of Federal Way, WA;and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.Addison touched so many lives with her sweet, loving and carefree personality. She will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. An account is set up at any Security State Bank Branch under The Addison Kay Hughes Memorial Fund. Donations will go to Tacoma General Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Wednesday September 10, 2008 at Masonic Memorial Park, 455 North St. SE, Tumwater, WA. A reception at the Masonic Center will follow.
