Adrian Rivera passed away on July 30, 2024, after a courageous battle with Bulbar ALS. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his “beauties”.

Adrian grew up in Puerto Rico with one brother and three sisters. After attending college and earning his bachelor’s degree, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. He chose to remain in Colorado and later met his wife of 40 years, Jayne (Korum). Together, they had one daughter, Brittany (Zach) who blessed him with a granddaughter, Tinsley.

After spending much of his career in the mechanical engineering field he started his own business in 2004, Enhanced Mechanical Systems. Adrian created a successful business with dedicated employees who he considered to be extended family.

Among other things, he was an avid golfer, loved his dog Bogey and enjoyed spending time in Florida. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Adrian received compassionate, loving care during his illness and the family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the ALS foundation, Compassus Hospice, or the Veterans Association.

No services are planned, but family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life at a later date.
