Agnes CookA memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 28, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Eugene for Agnes Cook of Eugene, who died Dec. 23 of age-related causes. She was 94.She was born Sept. 8, 1917, in North Platte, Neb., to C.F. and Jennie Beeler Temple. She married George Cook on Sept. 23, 1981.She worked as a seamstress and homemaker.Survivors include her husband; four sons, Bill Keller and Don DeCaro, both of Eugene, John DeCaro of Vancouver, Wash., and Nino DeCaro of Berkeley, Calif.; a brother, Charles Temple of Florence; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.A daughter, Jackie Cater, and a son, Guy DeCaro, died previously.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.Remembrances may be sent to the Eugene Mission.
