Alan Dale Beck, age 70, passed away in Conchas Dam, NM, on Monday, April 7, 2014. He was born in West Point, Nebraska September 1, 1943 to Alva and Ruth Beck. Alan grew up in Oakland, NE and spent most of his life in Colorado. Alan was an avid outdoorsman and inventor. A modern-day McGuyver , if there was a contraption to be had he would have a plan to invent it. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Alan Michael, and is survived by his wife, Rosalia of Lakewood, CO; son, LaRay of Lakewood, CO; daughter, Laura of Lafayette, CO; older sister, Cora (Beck) Amann, of Thornton, CO.
