April 21st, 1932 - July 4th, 2017
Carnahan, Alan Duane 85 of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Bay Pines VA Health Care System, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Allegheny Township, PA, on April 21, 1932 to the late Paul F. Carnahan and the late Johanna Watt, he married Ivy D. Johns on Oct. 30, 1954. A retired Master Chief Petty Officer of the United States Navy with 26 years of service. Alan is survived by his wife Ivy of 64 years, Five Sons; Daniel , Paul , Ralph , Lawrence, Charles; and Daughter, Diane. Quinn; Three Sisters, June Paul, Audrey Carnahan, Pauline Carnahan. There will be a viewing Sat. at 12:30PM till Mass time at 1:30PM, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will be at Bay Pines at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Holy Cross Conference or Priests for Life.
