Mr. Alan Eugene Elliott, Sr. 74 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Fri. Apr. 3, 2020 at his home. Mr. Elliott was born Mar. 21, 1946 in Eagle Lake to Major and Evelyn (Hicks) Elliott. He was a lifetime Polk Co. resident, graduated in 1964 from Winter Haven High School and was a member of the Moose Lodge of WH. He retired from Regal Chevy, Car Quest, Bumper to Bumper as a Driver & Parts Counter Person. Alan enjoyed football, NASCAR and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather – Robert Williams; sister-in-law – Carol and a brother. Alan is survived by his wife of 30 yrs. – Beth Young-Elliott of Winter Haven; son – Alan (Donna) Elliott, Jr. of Auburndale; stepmother – Geneva Elliott of Auburndale; 2 brothers – David Elliott of Lake Alfred & Danny Elliott of TN.; granddaughter – Brandy; step grandsons – Michael & Kayden. A celebration of Alan’s life will be held at a later date.
