Albert "Al" G. Krause Of Waukesha, died on Thursday, April 21, 2011, at Waukesha Springs at the age of 87. Al was born April 11, 1924, the son of Albert and Helen Krause in Milwaukee, WI. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. Al was a past commander of American Legion Post 71, Pewaukee and was a volunteer Firefighter in Pewaukee, WI. Albert will be sadly missed by his sons, Ronald (Lois) Krause, Dennis (Sherry) Krause and David (Karen) Krause; step daughters, Karen (Victor) Redzinski and Bonnie Hoeppner. Albert is further survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Florence and parents; brothers, Richard and Ed; sisters, Florence and Jean. The funeral service for Albert will be held on Tuesday, April 26, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The visitation will held on Tuesday, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. service at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are appreciated.
