Alec S. McAndrew
January 17th, 1994 - April 9th, 2024
Belchertown- Alec Stephen McAndrew, 30, passed away unexpectedly April 9, 2024. He was born on January 17, 1994 in Fayetteville, NC, the son of Sean and Donna McAndrew. Alec graduated from Belchertown High School and went on to earn his Bachelors degree from Assumption College. Recently, Alec was pursuing a career as a property manager at NAI Plotkin. Alec was an avid reader and had a special ability to learn a number of new languages. He also enjoyed being outdoors, occasionally hiking and fishing. Alec was preceded in death by his mother, Donna (Gosselin) McAndrew. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Sean and Vicki McAndrew, of Belchertown, and his brother, Shane McAndrew of Colby, Kansas. Services will be scheduled in the future at the discretion of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alec's memory can be made to the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health by visiting www.MAMH.org.
