En Celebracion de la Vida de Alex
With profound sorrow and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Alejandro "Alex" Garcia Botello, who departed this life on May 19, 2024, after a tragic auto accident at the age of 28, in Greeley, Colorado. Born on April 10, 1996, in the picturesque town of Zacatecas, Mexico,
Alex was a beacon of light, love, and music in the lives of those who knew him. Alex's journey in life was one marked by dedication and passion. A graduate of high school, he chose a career as an AG truck driver, a role that demonstrated his unwavering work ethic and commitment to supporting his family. Far beyond his professional achievements, Alex was a talented musician, gracing many with his skillful keyboard melodies and dynamic drumming—he was, without doubt, an avid drummer who found joy and solace in every beat.
But perhaps Alex's most cherished roles were those of husband, father, son, and brother. He shared a deep and abiding love with his wife, Emily J. Garcia, and together they nurtured a family that included their three beautiful children: Jazel, Alejandro, and Rosalie. In them, Alex's spirit and legacy will continue to flourish. Alex's life was rooted in the warmth and support of his parents, Jehova Garcia and Angela Garcia Botello. He also shared a profound bond with his siblings, Fernando, Eloisa, and Brianna, and he inspired numerous nieces and nephews with his vibrant personality and loving heart. His grandfather, Manuel and Olga Botello, along with a host of extended family and friends, will forever cherish the moments they spent with him.
A time of visitation and viewing will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Templo Emmanuel ~ Centro Cristiano, located at 4935 E 41st Ave, Denver, CO. The celebration of Alex's life will follow on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 9:30 am at the same location. Alex will be laid to rest next to his Grandmother Rosalie Archibeque, take place immediately following the service at Fairview Cemetery in Brighton, CO at 12:00 pm.
As we gather to honor Alex's life, we are reminded of the indelible mark he left on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His music, laughter, and love will forever echo in our hearts, a testament to a life richly lived, though far too brief. Rest in peace, dear Alex. Your legacy of love, music, and joy will continue to resonate in the lives of those you touched. --- For those wishing to express condolences, please respect the family's wishes for privacy during this time of grieving. Alex's memory will forever illuminate the path of those he leaves behind, guiding them with his eternal love and grace.
