LaBelle, FL 33935-5072 RE: Obituary: Aleta Mae Ballard Date of Death: March 6, 2010 ____________________________________________________________________________ Obituary for: Aleta Mae Ballard Aleta Ballard went to live with her family in Heaven March 6, 2010. A life long resident of Lee County, she was the daughter of the Reuben and Dora Corbitt also of Alva. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Ballard, two sons; Howard Long and Steven Ballard. She is survived by: two daughters; Margaret Spencer (Tim) of Tennessee and Debi Dilling (Jim) of Cape Coral, three sons; Edward Long (Carolyn), Clyde Ballard (Debbie), and Toby Ballard (Debbie) all of LaBelle, one sister; Glenda Warner (Bob) of North Carolina, thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Funeral Services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in Akin-Davis Funeral Home in LaBelle, where visitation will be one hour before services. In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be given to the American Cancer Society in her name. Arrangements are being handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
