Alexander Robert Kittrell

Alexander Robert Kittrell, age 25, a resident of Albuquerque passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 11, 2013. Alexander was born August 17, 1988 in Denver, Colorado to Cory and Christine Kittrell and was a member of the 2006 graduating class of Sandia High School. His infectious spirit, laughter, and love will forever remain in all of our hearts. No longer of this world, but a part of the universe, the brightest star in the sky, forever young, forever free. May he rest in peace. Alexander is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard Kolpek. He is survived by his loving parents, Cory and Christine Kittrell of Los Lunas, as well as his brothers Connor and Eliot. Alexander is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Patricia and Robert Meakim; paternal grandmother, Joyce Kolpek; maternal aunts and uncles, Robert, Esther, John, and Brandy Meakim; paternal aunts and uncles, Chad, Catherine, Casey, and Sue Kittrell and his cousins, Joseph and Charlotte Meakim. A Celebration of Alexander's life will be held in the Chapel of Riverside Funeral Home of Los Lunas, located at 820 Main St. NE on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM with family receiving friends at 1:30 PM. Because of Alexander's love and care for animals, his family kindly asks that donations be made to animalhumanenm.org, or to the humane society of your choice in lieu of flowers.
