Here she met her future husband Royal Edgington, married in 1949 and moved to Denver, Colorado where they became parents to Ronald, Susan and Mary. She used her college training as an accountant to work as a book keeper/accountant/office manager at Michaelson's Fine Furnishings and later as a payroll clerk for the City of Lakewood having retired in 1987. Her retirement years were spent helping with grandchildren, summers at her RV park in the mountains and vacations with family and friends. She was healthy to the end, never moving from her Littleton home. Preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband Royal (1983) and son Ronald (2022).
