Alice Stephens was born in Syracuse, NY, November 27, 1947. She graduated from Onondaga Valley Academy and later Onondaga Community College. She retired from Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. Alice was preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Martha Rosen, her sister Kay Reich, and her beloved husband John Stephens. Alice is survived by one daughter, Hope Ann Williams; one son-in-love, Kevin L. Williams Sr. two sons, John Eugene and Michael Stephens, both of Syracuse, NY; fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Dr. Philip T. Rosen (Kerry) of Tybee Island, GA; four sisters-in-law, Mary E. Davis, Vanessa J. Stephens, Gloria Williams (Frank), and Arme Lee Brooks (Anthony) all of Syracuse, NY; one brother-in-law Ted Reich (Elaine) of Baldwinsville, NY; her best friend, Wendy Edwards of Syracuse, NY; and host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside Services will be Monday, March 23, 2020, 11 AM at Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse, NY.
