Funeral Service for Mrs. Alta Elnora Martin of St. Petersburg will be 3:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2006 at DAVID C. GROSS FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Chaplain Nina Douglas officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Cemetery, South. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 2 PM through service time. The family suggests memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, South Pasadena. Mrs. Martin is survived by her son, John R. Martin of Apopka, FL; her daughter, Juanita (Joe) Dvoracsek of St. Petersburg; daughter-in-law Patricia (the late Daniel) Martin of New Port Richey; fifteen grandchildren, Douglas Holbrook of Broomfield, CO; Jacqueline Wade of St. Petersburg, FL; Debra (Kevin) French of Mobile, AL; Michael (Lisa) Holbrook of Palm Harbor, Fl; Dennis Martin of New Port Richey, FL; Daniel Lee (Kristina) Martin of Spring Hill, TN; Michelle (Larry) Care of Spring Hill, FL; Christine (Ben) Cooper of Port Richey, FL; Laura (Kevin) Patterson of Sorrento, FL; Mary (Dr. Jared) Capouya of St. Petersburg, FL; Mark Martin of Apopka, FL; Matthew (Christina) Martin of Pensacola, FL; Robert (Keri) Martin of Sorrento, FL; Jonathan (Marcia) Martin of Longwood, FL; and James Martin of Apopka, FL; ten great-grandchildren, Russell Wade of St. Petersburg, FL; Nikki (Brannon) Wages and Eric French, both of Mobile, AL; Giavonna and Marissa Holbrook, both of Palm Harbor, FL; Jesse Martin of Port Richey, FL; Brittany Martin of New Port Richey, FL; Kristin, Kaley and Michael Martin, all of Sorrento, FL. and one great-great grandson, Dominic Wages of Mobile, AL. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Norman F. Martin; her son Daniel N. Martin; her parents Norman and Mary Russell; her twin sister, Alice Martha; two brothers, Howard and Leon Russell and daughter-in-law, Dolores Martin. David C. Gross Funeral Home is serving the family. The family suggests memorial donations in lieu of flowers, be made to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in South Pasadena, Florida. Service Information
