Alton A. Lewis January 20, 1929 July 10, 2014 Beloved husband, father and grandfather You will be missed. God's Garden God gazed about his garden and found a vacant space. So he scanned the earth until he saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and invited you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful - He always takes the best. God knew you were suffering - He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never enjoy good health on earth again. And so, he closed your weary eyes and whispered, "Peace be thine." Then he lifted you up to Heaven with hands gentle and kind. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. A part of us went with you - the day God called you home.
