A funeral mass for Amelia Bidasha Silva, 88, of Live Oak, CA will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Live Oak Catholic Church; burial will follow at Live Oak Cemetery. Amelia passed away on April 17, 2011 at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born on July 10, 1922 in Mexico to Reyes Camacho and Josephina Ortiz. Amelia is survived by her two sons, Harry Bidasha and Freddie Singh; three brothers, Demecio, John and Fidencio Camacho; one sister, Simona Manibusan; two stepsons, Rudy and Richard Bidasha; twenty grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. Her sister, Nicolasa and granddaughter, Sarah, preceded her in death. Memorial contributions in Amelia’s name may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, in care of Affordable Mortuary, 2934 Esplanade, Chico, CA 95973.
