Andrew “Andy” W. Donley, 18, passed away at Florida Hospital USF on Saturday, July 2, 2016. He was born on January 29, 1998 in Painesville, Ohio. His favorite past times included listening to music and watching Nickelodeon. He was not afraid to take on new challenges and loved everyone. He touched many lives. He attended Wharton High School and was active in Friends, Inc. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Clarence J. Stanek, and Great Uncle Biff Hayhurst. He is survived by his father, Richard L. Donley; mother, Teresa “Chip” Baxter; brother, Lyle R. Donley; two step sisters, Heather and Tiffany Baxter; step brother, Rex Baxter; great aunt, Nina Hayhurst; grandmothers, Rose Marie Stanek and Marlyn Keener; and grandfather Leroy “Ruth” Donley; as well as many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
