January 10th, 1990 - October 11th, 2015
Andrew Brent Hyde, 25, native and lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2015 in Salinas. He was born on January 10, 1990. Andrew previously worked in produce as a packer for over 6 years. Andrew is survived by, mother of his daughter, Alexis daughter, Holly Hyde parents, Maria Elena and Salvador Martinez, Shannon Hyde and Charlie McCoy sisters, Maria, Claudia, Desarae, Stephanie, Shyanne "Shy-Shy"and Kiki brothers, Jose, Gustavo, Eli, Josh, Raymond and Nicko maternal grandparents, Tommy and Brenda Pearson paternal grandparents, Patrick and Loretta McCoy auntie Tina and cousins, Stacy and Nate along with numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nita and Gary Wallace. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 1-9pm at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015 10am at the Healey Mortuary Chapel. Cremation to follow services. An Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Salinas.

Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
