April 4th, 1961 - January 13th, 2024
Anita Ruth France, 62, of Clearwater peacefully passed away on January 13, 2024, surrounded with love. Born in Johnson City, Tennessee, she grew up and was a longtime resident of the Tampa Bay Area. Anita graduated from Robinson High School and Eckerd College and worked in Healthcare Administration for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Bailey, and stepfather Frank Bailey. Anita is survived by her mother Jimmie Bailey, siblings Cindy Hernandez and John Bailey, children Anisette Lintz, Meagan Crossley, Haven France III, Marc Redkey and grandchildren Abraham Redkey, Lilian Redkey, Felicity Crossley, Haven France IV, Flint France. Anita was married to Haven France Jr in July 1981, for 17 years. Anita loved Jesus and lived to embody his example, offering love, a helping hand, generosity of spirit, gratitude, and reminders to those around her that the Kingdom of God and its gifts of hope, faith, love, grace, and mercy are alive and available to us. Anita loved art, music, and literature. Her favorite places to spend time were the Gulf Beaches and the East Tennessee mountains. She rejoiced in bringing people together, sharing laughter, and making memories. Her light and love will be remembered by all who were touched by it. Anita's memorial service will be Friday, January 19, 2024, at 11:00 am at the E. James Reese Funeral Home at 6767 Seminole Blvd, Seminole FL.
