Anita “Candy” Frances Neide (Age 66), a longtime resident of National Park, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Legacy Anita ”Candy” was born in Utah to Anita and Charles Sweet. After graduating from Haddon Township High School, Candy married the love of her life Howard in 1972. Their son Kyle was born in 1974, followed by a daughter, Leslie, in 1975. After the births of their children, Howard and Anita moved to National Park, where Anita would live out her life. She was a devoted stay at home mom for 12 years and was involved in her children’s schooling, community sports and scouts. Anita worked at Accumark for many years before taking a job with the U.S. Postal Service from which she retired. Anita was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her heart was fulfilled with the births of her 3 grandsons, Douglas, Andrew and Zachary. A loving grandmother, she doted on them and lived for the summers when they could come and spend weeks at a time with her. Family She is the beloved wife of Howard, loving mother of Leslie (Tom) and Kyle (Rachael) Neide; devoted Grandmother of Douglas, Andrew and Zachary. Dear sister to Michael Sweet (Ruth), predeceased by her mother Anita Gainsford, sister Anita “Paulette” Komicki and brother Charles “Chuckie” Sweet and Gerald “Gerry” Sweet. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation 1500 Walnut Street #301, Philadelphia, PA 19102 or The Animal Welfare Association 509 Centennial Boulevard, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
