Ann Marie Gill

Ann M. Gill, 92, of St. Petersburg, passed away on August 11, 2018. She was born on August 19, 1925 to the late Rosario and Concetta (Evangilsta) Risi in Laurel Hill, NY. Ann was a talented seamstress and tailor. She worked locally for many years in retail and apparel. Ann also was a crossing guard for the City of St. Petersburg. She enjoyed traveling and collecting dolls. Ann was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Rooney; nieces, Jean D'Alessandro (Bill Harkless), Barbara Brown (Ken); many extended family and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip E. Gill and sister, Rose D’Alessandro. Ann will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann’s honor to Suncoast Hospice.
