Ann Marie Ittenbach

Ann Marie Ittenbach of Hilton Head Island unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at her home with family. She was born on May 24, 1958 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert and Mary Lou Lindenschmidt. She attended Purdue University School of Pharmacy and was a practicing corporate director of pharmacy for over 30 years. In 1987 Ann married her best friend Dennis Ittenbach. They moved to Hilton Head in 2004 to live and raise their son Alex, which was the greatest joy of her life. Ann is survived by her loving husband Dennis, their son Alex, two brothers Robert (Elsa) Lindenschmidt and John (Valerie) Lindenschmidt and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Saturday, August 14 at 12pm at The Island Funeral Home with a memorial service following at 1pm. A reception will be held after the service at the H.O.P.E. Life and Rehab Center at 60 Main Street, Unit G. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the H.O.P.E.
