"Ann Elizabeth (Kaiser) Riddle 1939-2015 Wilbraham-Ann (Penny) Riddle died October1, 2015, after a 20-year battle with end stage renal disease. She died at home surrounded by her family. She was born in New Rochelle, NY April 11, 1939-the daughter of the late Victor and Ann (Peterson) Kaiser and had been a resident of Wilbraham since 1961. Penny was a graduate of Elmira College. She loved working at election polling places and worked for years on the Wilbraham Board of Registrars. She loved her rescued dog Diego and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the UMASS Minutemen Basketball. Penny enjoyed her involvement in the Wilbraham Community Theater. Penny especially enjoyed producing many of Broadway's best loved musicals. Penny was a long time member of Grace Union Church serving on many boards and committees, most notably the Flower Committee which she truly loved. She also loved rooting for her grandchildren in their sporting and other competitions. Penny is survived by her husband of 55 years E. Donald Riddle and her children, Scott G Riddle and his wife Diane of South Windsor, CT; Glenn D Riddle of Wilbraham, MA, and his sons Nathan and Zachary; Brian N Riddle of Chicopee, MA; and Elizabeth A (Riddle) Boilard and her husband Thomas and her children Lily and Owen Boilard of Chelmsford, MA and Khiara Scolari of Brooklyn, NY. The burial will be private and there are no visiting hours. Friends and family are welcome to gather for a Memorial Service at Grace Union Church at 2:00 pm on Sunday October 25th. Memorial contributions may be made to the William J. O'Connor Animal Shelter of Springfield, MA or to the National Kidney Foundation. Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. "
