Ann Snyder (nee Smeresky), 89, of Deptford, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Legacy Ann was born and raised in South Philadelphia and attended Bok Vocational School where she met and fell in love with a young man named William J. Snyder "Bill". Ann knew he was her soul mate and on April 19, 1947 they were joined in marriage that would span the next 64 years. Both Bill & Ann possessed musical talent and they formed a duo called Jan Summers and Bill Snyder that entertained in the area nightclubs and restaurants for more than 50 years. Ann stated that she would often be told by audiences that Bill knew every step she made and they never missed a beat. The story of their life continued with their four children, whom they loved very much. Family She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late William J. Snyder, Sr. Devoted mother of William J. Snyder, Jr., Jacqueline Snyder (Denis) and the late AnnMarie and David Snyder. Treasured grandmother of Will, Sharnee, Christopher, Nickolas, and David. Cherished great grandmother of Finley, Braelyn and Beckett. Daughter of the late Catherine and John Smeresky. She will be missed by many friends and family. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, February 28th from 9:00Am to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, Woodbury, NJ 08096.
