Born 9/2/1950 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ann Topping passed away on 1/17/2019 at 3:10am in Charleston, South Carolina after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Ann is survived by her two sons, David Topping and his wife, Corrie, and Chris Topping and his wife, Debbie, in addition to her siblings Sande Riley, Phillip Shirmeyer and David Shirmeyer. She lived in Sarasota, FL and added more sunshine to the state each day. Ann was an outgoing free-spirited artist who loved life and all her friends. Her energy brought so many smiles to so many faces. She will be missed dearly. We love you mom always. Rest in peace.
