Ann W. Tyler, 85, of Lexington, SC, passed away on October 19th in Columbia, SC.

A graveside service will be 1:00PM, Monday, October 28th at Elmwood Cemetery in Columbia.

Mrs. Tyler was born in Columbia, SC to Rochelle Blair Watson and Mattie Mae Glenn Watson on the 17th of June in 1939. She graduated from BC High School. Some of her favorite things were dancing, listening to Elvis, butterflies, and birdwatching.

Ann Tyler is preceded in death by both parents; son, Rocky Talbert Watson Hendrix; ex-husband and father of her children, Roy Paul Hendrix, Sr.; ex-husband, Ernest Poe Tyler; one grandchild and one great grandchild.

Ann is survived by her loving children, Roy Hendrix (Laura), Ricky Hendrix (Candy), Melodie Hendrix, and Blair Hendrix (Michelle). Ann is also survived by thirteen beautiful grandchildren, as well as seventeen great grandchildren.
