Anne Bowman

Anne Catherine Bowman Budd, 67, of Tampa, passed on April 10, 2019. She was born in London, England and the daughter of Catherine and Arthur Burr. Her childhood was spent in Virginia where she went to nursing school. She later moved to Panama City and became a Certified Nurse Anesthetist and served in that profession over 30 years. Anne’s travels temporarily took her to Colorado where she met the love of her life Wade Emerson Budd. They later married and she is survived by him. She attacked life with optimism and a desire to make the world a better place. Her generosity and vivacious nature impacted ever persons life she came into contact with. Anne will be deeply missed by every person that ever met her. She is also survived by her only child Vincent, and his wife Carin, along with her 2 siblings Mary and Robert. She has 1 grandchild Simone as well as extended family that includes Wade’s children Tara and Eric along with their 5 offspring. Anne is an irreplaceable piece of her family but she will always be the driving spirit behind their everyday lives moving forward. Any donations on her behalf should be given to Alzheimer’s research and the attempt to eradicate the disease.
