Dugan, Anne K., of Largo, died Friday March 15, 2002 after a short illness. Born in Chicago, IL she came here in 1993 from Riverdale, IL. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing, traveling and baking. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah A. Beaulieu, New Rochelle, N.Y.; a son David A., St. Petersburg; two brothers Michael and Andrew Kowalesik, and a sister Josephine Stark all of Chicago, IL. and several nieces and nephews.
