Annie L. Steen passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Annie is survived by her daughter, Rosha Huntley; two sisters, Shirley F. Perry and Elaine Barnett; a brother, Ruben Earl Steen; and four grandchildren. Calling hours will be Tuesday, April 5, 2016, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with services to follow at 12 p.m. at Refuge Tabernacle, 311 Oakwood Avenue, Syracuse, New York.
