He is survived by his wife - Kassi; two sons, Kaleb Fuentes, Elijah Fuentes; father, Anthony W. Fuentes; two sisters, Cathie Eckdahl, Tracy Rice; two nieces Kyla Eckdahl, Tahlor Riley; two nephews Jun Eckdahl. Theron Rice; many cousins and numerous extended family members and friends. Funeral Ceremony to be held July 8, 2017 5:00 pm at Edwards Memorial Lakewood, 11020 S. Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA with viewing July 7, 2017 5:00pm.
