Anthony Patrick Pastrana, 42, of Prunedale, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, in Salinas. He was born January 18, 1972, in Monterey. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1991 to 1993. He is survived by his daughter, Valarie R. Pastrana; mother, Robbie Pastrana-Price; step-father, Dan Price; brother, Joe A. Pastrana; sister, Danielle N. Price, and numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Pastrana, who will greet him at heaven’s gate, for a long-awaited reunion. Visitation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas. Evening services at 7 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at Healey Mortuary. Private Family services to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014. An open Celebration of Life will be held at the Pastrana-Price residence in Prunedale.
