PALMER, Ardis L., 83, of Tampa, passed away October 23, 2010. Ardis was born December 2, 1926 in Kankake, Illinois to George and Esther (Hess) Potter. She retired from teaching school. She is survived by her loving husband, Richy; many other family members and friends. We will alway dearly miss her.
