Arlie James Manes, 73, of Yuba City, CA, passed away on December 30, 2014. Arlie was born on October 1, 1941, Yuba City, CA. He worked in Cal Trans, Inspector for 12 years, Civil Engineer and Sutter County Road Division for 25 years. He was a member of the Crossroads Community Church. Arlie is survived by his son, Danny Manes (Teresa), daughter, Agenia McCarthy (John), brothers; Daryl Manes (Charlene), Claude Howe, Laverne Rosson (Richard), six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Sutter Cemetery with Pastor Jim Clark, officiating. Arrangement are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
