AJ “Chris” Christopherson, 69, of Middleton died Saturday May 11, 2013 at a Kuna care center of natural causes. AJ was born in Wendell, Idaho in 1944. He married Dianna Race in 1966 and they were blessed with four children. He is survived by his wife, four children: Don & Michele, Mindy & Dale Hutchings, Landon, and Travis & Susan. Fourteen grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Monte Christopherson six sisters: Valoy, Sharon, Joyce, Vera, Debbie and Teresa, Many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. He served a LDS mission to the New England States and served in the Idaho Army National Guard then went on to have a very successful law enforcement career for over 20 years retiring from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office in 1981. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Viewing will also be held from 9:30 – 1045 AM at the Church. AJ’s Funeral will be begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 17th, at the LDS Stake Center on 23644 Old Hwy 30 in Caldwell, ID. Burial will follow at Middleton Cemetery, Middleton, ID. In lieu of flowers please send all donations to the Fallen Officers Memorial. Condolences for the family may be given at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com. Service Information
