Arthur Thomas Boutell
June 4th, 1959 - May 11th, 2012
Mr. Arthur Thomas Boutell, 52, of Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam with his loving family at his side. Born in Little Falls, NY on June 4, 1959 a son of Thomas and Cleo Belair Boutell. He was educated in Herkimer and Little Falls, NY. Arthur was most recently employed at the Mohawk Sign Co. in Amsterdam. He was currently studying Accounting at the Fulton Montgomery Community College where he made the Dean's List in last fall's semester. Mr. Boutell enjoyed watching NASCAR including his favorite driver Tony Stewart. He also enjoyed coin collecting and listening to his favorite Rock Band AC-DC. He leaves behind his Fiance' Diana Lynne Vitus of Amsterdam. One son, Arthur T. Boutell Jr. of North Carolina. Two daughters, Sasha Charles Boutell of North Carolina and Margaret Dino Boutell of Utica, NY. One step-daughter, Brittany Elizabeth Vitus of Amsterdam, NY. One sister, Alice Peter Quillan of Herkimer, NY and a cherished granddaughter Azaria. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was predeceased by his step-father, Bob Mathisen Jr. At Arthur's request there are no funeral services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY, 12010. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to his Fiance' Diana Lynne Vitus to help with expenses c/o the Betz, Rossi and Bellinger Family Funeral Home.
