Asencion "Chon" Delgado

August 19th, 1951 - April 2nd, 2013

Asencion “Chon” Delgado, 61, of Caldwell passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at home of natural causes. He was born on August 19, 1951 in Pharr, Texas. Chon loved to cook and enjoyed being surrounded by his family. He was the type of person who added humor to every sentence. He was a very kind and loving man whom will be missed by everyone who knew him. Chon is survived by his wife of 39 years; Maria Delgado, his five children; Shawn, Dori, Pepe, Damian and Pol. 13 grandkids and many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held Sunday, April 7, 2013, 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. A funeral service will be held Monday, April 8, 2013, 11:00AM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell with graveside service to follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
