Ashley Marie McCarty

Ashley passed away suddenly Sept 19, 2019, where she lived with her mom in Chico, California, at the age of 30. Ashley was born in Livermore, CA July 13, 1989, to her mother Kimberly Llorence. She grew up in Petaluma, California, graduating from Casa Grande High School in 2007. She was an ongoing student with the goal and dream of receiving her master’s degree in Psycholinguistics. Ashley was preceded in death by the love of her life and best friend Derek Davidson Schell earlier this year. Ashley is survived by her parents, Kimberly and Ignatius Llorence: sister; Jodi (McCarty) and her husband Devon Farwell: brother; Ignatius Llorence II: grandparents; Valeria and Joseph Llorence: niece and nephew Savannah Rose and Theodore James: cousins, Mia, Jeannine, Cecelia, Joe, Michael, Adam, Rachel, DJ, Corey, Melissa, Jack, Joshua, Makayla, Charlee Anne, Adilyn, Joey, Isabelle, Twyla: as well as her loving aunts and uncles, and beloved dog Odin. Ashley will be deeply missed, but her compassion and kindness will live on in the hearts of those she touched in life. All are invited to celebrate Ashley’s life Sat, Oct 26, from 11am to 4pm at McNears Beach Park, 201 Cantera Way, San Rafael, California.
