CHITWOOD, Dr. Ava, 58, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012. She was born in Charlottesville, VA. She is preceded in death by her father, Dr. Ed Chitwood; mother, Dr. Sarah Chitwood; and sister Sarah Chitwood. She is survived by her three brothers, Bryan R. Chitwood, Dr. Ed Chitwood III, and Hon. H. Lee Chitwood; sister, Susan Howard Chitwood; family and friends. Ava was dearly loved and will be forever missed.
