Beans; loving mother of Steven of Cleveland, OH, Brian (Wendie) of Savannah, GA and Greg (Joanne) of Boston, MA; grandmother of Amanda (Morgan) Castellow, Brandon (Tara) and Michael; great-grandmother of Tripp, Sonny, and Lina Rose; sister of Francis; sister-in-law of Karen Archer, Louis Altier, Sandra Pauline, Shirley Pauline, and Wayne Cunningham and aunt and friend to many. Angie is predeceased by siblings; Marcella, MaryAnn, Joe, Charlie, and Veronica. During her life, Angie’s focus was primarily on family and her Pro-Life Movement. She was also the owner/operator, along with her husband Jack, of The Touch of Turquoise Jewelry Store which they had many patents; including the “ORIGINAL” Hilton Head Island Pendants collection. “Angie was a Pro-Life pistol in her active years.” Angie was instrumental in keeping Planned Parenthood off the Island and out of our county. She did it single handedly with the help of God. She was truly doing God’s work. She loved to sing and play the piano. She cantered at many masses; and sang with the choirs of Holy Family Catholic Church and St. Francis by the Sea. She loved her quiet time to pray and to say the Holy Rosary. She also loved to decorate her home and use floral arrangements in decorating. She was a true artist in many mediums. She was recognized by The Holy See (Vatican) and the White House (Washington, D.C.) for pictures she drew of Popes and Presidents. She was also very involved in her Pray Group Ministries for many years until a few weeks before her passing. Thank you, Val for your leadership. Continue on in Angie’s name. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 19, St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church, 45 Beach City Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 at 10:00AM. Friends may greet the family after service outside the entrance of the Church.
