Baby Chance In loving memory of our grandson Baby Chance, the family will have a public ceremony at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery, 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Rd., Punta Gorda on November 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM sharp. Family and close friends are welcome to join in the celebration of Chance's life. News media will not be allowed inside the Funeral Parlor. Baby Chance Lee was survived by loving grandparents (Sally Susino, Gary Millwater, Kimberley Millwater, John Murawski & Elizabeth Barr Walsh), members of the Susino Family, members of the Millwater family, and members of the Barr-Walsh family. Charlotte Memorial will be collecting toys for the "Toys for Tots" program at the service. New (still in the box) unwrapped toys will be accepted. Pay respects at www.charlottememorial.com.
