Bakhshish Kaur, 80, passed away peacefully at her residence in Live Oak, CA on Friday, October 26th, 2018. Born in Punjab, India, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 27 years. She was a homemaker for many years and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed. Survivors include her son of Live Oak, Charanjit S. Kang and daughter-in-law Sukhwant K. Kang; daughter Manjit K. Mann and son-in-law Pardeep S. Mann; brother, Joginder S. Dhoot, and four grandchildren: Ravi Kang, Paul Kang, Gurpreet Mann and Joti Mann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Didar S. Kang, along with her sister and brother. Services: Prayer services start at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 31st, 2018 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. Giani Kulwinder Singh of Live Oak Sikh Temple will officiate. Cremation will follow at the chapel crematory. Final prayers will be at Live Oak Sikh Temple thereafter.
