Barbara Jean Ballard June 9, 1930 - July 8, 2023 Heaven is getting a special Angel. With great sorrow, the family announces the passing of their precious, kind and unimaginably generous wife, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great grandmother who was dearly loved by all. She was born in Wellsville, OH and attnded Bowling Green University and completed her education at the University of South Florida. She went on to be the Director of Personnel at Hillsborough County Hospital for 20 years. Barbara played piano and was an extremely gifted singer. She went on many tours, sang on radio at WNIR in OH and at Carnegie Hall in New York. She loved reading, crossword puzzles and was an avid sports fan. Barbara was a beautiful person inside and out. She cared so deeply for her famiy and the people around her. She made an impact on many lives. She will be forever missed. No service will be planned at her request. The family will have a private celebration of life at their home.
