Barbara J. Caldwell, 85, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Tuesday, December 29, 2009. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1959 from her native New Castle, Pennsylvania and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Kenneth E.; 1 son, Robert E. of Pinellas Park, FL; and 1 brother, Ted Budzowski of New Castle, PA.
