May 17th, 1945 - July 28th, 2019
On July 28, 2019 hearts were broken, and lives were shattered when Barbara Lee Capps’ heart stopped beating. Barbara was born May 17, 1945 in Tacoma, WA to Thomas and Frances Dove. She was a single mother who devoted her life to her children, serving as a care giver to one daughter, and son. She loved taking her walks and feeding the birds outside her front door. She always had a bowl of cat food outside her door for the stray cats that didn’t have a home. She was preceded in death by her daughter Tobias Luanne Capps. Survivors include her son Eric Rydell Capps, and two daughters Juanita Lee Cissney and Stephanie Fay Capps, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. We loved her deeply and will miss her ever day of our lives.
