Barbara Dameglio Kelly, 91, of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Indian Path Medical Center. Barbara moved to Kingsport in 1976 from New Jersey. She was a member of Social Order of Beauceant. Barbara was involved in several different community endeavors. She was a sponsor of Grandfather Home in North Carolina for children. Barbara was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, Kingsport. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Kelly in 1991; her parents, Charles Dameglio and Irene Riceardi Dameglio. She is survived by her son, Victor Kelly of New Jersey; Kevin Kelly and wife, Darla of Kingsport; one granddaughter, Aphrodite Kelly of New Jersey; two grandsons, Andy Kelly and Ian Kelly of Kingsport; niece, Susan Dowers. The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 1593 Warpath Drive, Kingsport, TN 37664. A service will be held at 1 pm at the church with Rev. Kay Florence officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Hill Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be family and friends of the church. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Kelly family.
