Benton (Ben) B. Curley, Jr., age 63, passed away, unexpectedly, on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Melbourne Regional Medical Center. He is survived by two children: Benton B. Curley, III and Cherie Smoot. He also leaves behind four grandchildren. Ben served as a U.S. Marine in the Vietnam War, where he earned several medals, including the Purple Heart. After the war, he worked as an auto mechanic at several dealerships. He was dearly loved by family and friends and will be deeply missed. A private memorial will be held for close family and friends.
