Bernice Emma Zito
October 5th, 1916 - September 17th, 2006
Born on October 5, 1916, in Sacramento, California. Passed away on September 17, 2006, after bravely facing cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband Victor J. Zito. Bernice was a caring, generous and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Joyce Decker, Victor Thomas Zito and Nancy Anders and their spouses, Gloria Zito and Craig Anders and her four grandchildren, Thomas Marshall, Jason Zito, Aaron Anders and Anthony Zito. Her love, friendship, cheerfulness and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A Rosary will be held Thursday, September 21 at 7 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gridley. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 22 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in the St. Joseph's Chapel, 6700 21st Ave., Sacramento.
